    Hi there,

    I have a Honda Forza 2006 NSS250 EX5 MF08 ABS.

In my bike there is a 29 error code, IACV error. My Honda dealer clean it, and delete the error code from the ECU, but doesnt work, the code appears again. :(
Is there any solution to fix it? Or just replace the whole throttle body? Or what we need to replace?

Thanks, I read it few weeks ago. :)
Yesterday I replaced the pump. It works well now. :) I will try it when the temperature will be hotter. I am really curious.

    Hello,

I would like to replace a fuel pump on my forza, but I don't know how... Do somebody have an instruction list, or a service manual for MF08?

Today I could not start the engine, after when I stopped it. When I turn to ON, I hear the pump noise... so I have no idea. If the pump is wrong, I can not hear the pump noise, right?

Can I measure it without any disassembling?

    Hello,

I'm facing the same issue. I bought a used NSS250EX (2006, MF08) few weeks ago. Yesterday I stopped the bike under the sun all the day, and when I finished at work, I could not start the engine (just cranking).
I talked with the local Honda dealer, and he said, maybe the fuel pump stucked from the heat. Few hours later (at night), when the air temperature fell back, and the scooter cooled down, the engine started immediately. When I arrived (25 km, worked fine), I stopped the engine, and after that immediately I tried to restart, but it did not start again. I jumped few times in the seat hardly (I tried to wobble/shake the whole body of the scooter), and after that it starts again...
Is it a general, known issue in this scooter? How can I fix it? With fuel pump replacement (the price is horrible ~350-400€, without repair cost...)? Is there available remanufactured (new) fuel pump? Or is it just a contact error somewhere?
